YOGA... HARMONY OF LIFE

Development is directly or indirectly related to the progress of mind also. Yoga, is one of the very best way to achieve peace of mind. It helps to attain the desirable goals in everyone's life.
  Our training is involved all aspect of learning so, we conducted a yoga class in 7 January 2020. It has morning and afternoon sessions. Students were shows their curiosity as well as interest to learn more about Yoga. With in our limited time, we demonstrated the yogas... siddhasana, vajrasana, salabhasana... I hope its a good one.
